Residents of our Arlington apartments have some exciting and unique festivals to look forward to this spring. If you love art, food and drinks, or exploring other cultures, then make a note on your calendar. You won’t want to miss these annual cultural events:

Arlington Festival of the Arts

On the weekend of April 23-24, be sure to stop by the Arlington Festival of the Arts. Just a mile from our apartments near Courthouse metro, this arts & culture festival celebrates Arlington’s coolest neighborhood: Clarendon. While you stroll through the stands and vendors, you’ll find art and other goods in a wide variety of mediums, all made in the US and vetted for quality. Enjoy discovering local painters, sculptors, photographers, jewelry designers, and more.

DC Wine Fest

Don’t wait to get your tickets to this classy wine festival, held on Saturday, April 23 at Long View Gallery in DC. This annual event features only the best wineries and distributors from around the globe, so you don’t have to travel far to taste excellent wine. Wine isn’t the only appeal of this festival; guests also enjoy live music and delicious food for the duration of the day. The festival is broken up into three main sessions, and you can buy a general or early admission ticket for any one of them. Early admission gives you an extra hour to enjoy the wine.

Festival Argentino

On Saturday, May 21st, immerse yourself in Argentine culture right here in Arlington. Festival Argentino will be held for its 35th year at the Thomas Jefferson Community Theatre, a little over two miles from our Clarendon apartments. You can pay $20 for a ticket in advance or $30 at the door, and the admission price includes a raffle ticket for a grand prize. The event will feature dance performances, including the tango, and lots of live music. Plus, there’ll be food for sale, including mouth-watering barbecue. 

After enjoying one of these excellent spring festivals, consider heading to an Arlington wine bar to celebrate with some champagne. When living in our Clarendon apartments, you’ll have easy access to fantastic events and cultural activities year-round.
