Stellina Pizzeria is a deli and restaurant serving up tasty Italian dishes to local customers. Aside from meats and cheeses, the deli also sells fresh pasta, pizza dough, desserts, and specialty salads. They even sell meal kits with everything you’ll need to make a delicious Italian dinner. The restaurant offers an upscale, casual experience, and is open for pickup and delivery six days per week. Their Corraziere pizza with fior di latte cheese, wild mushrooms, peppers, sausage, provolone, and red pepper coulis is a popular choice with customers, as is the classic lasagna with beef and veal ragu. Furthermore, all of their pasta and sauces are made in-house. Call or go online to order from their extensive menu.
Mattie and Eddie’s Irish Bar and Restaurant
Cathal Armstrong is the chef responsible for Mattie and Eddie’s Irish Bar and Restaurant, the former Pentagon Square’s newest eatery. He named the restaurant after his Irish grandparents. The restaurant serves farm-to-table dishes. They serve Irish comfort foods, such as Irish sausage rolls and a house-made corn beef and cabbage confit, with beer and wine for adults. Or try their fish and chips dinner, featuring a special sauce with seven ingredients. You can order online or by calling the restaurant.
Located near Amazon headquarters, this recently-opened restaurant offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, specialty coffees, and cocktails. The Freshman has indoor dining, an outdoor patio, and takeout. The owner hopes the restaurant can be an all-day destination where office workers and customers can order and pick up food. They have an extensive breakfast menu with eggs, pastries, coffee and espresso drinks, tea, and healthy options like the egg white avocado grain bowl. Coupled with a classic lunch menu featuring sandwiches and burgers, this spot could easily become your new favorite. For now, the restaurant may have a popup limited menu. Eventually, they will serve alcoholic beverages and dinner items. Call or check out the website to learn more or place an order.
