Are you looking for a unique night out?

Then meet your friends for an evening of axe throwing

This sport originated in the backyard of Toronto native Matt Wilson. He created a point system, and soon his friends were coming over to engage in friendly competition. Little did they know that their nightly fun would turn into a worldwide phenomenon.

When you’re ready to hit the target, the best Arlington axe-throwing venues around our Clarendon apartments include:

Kick Axe Throwing

At Kick Axe, the axe pros offer an experience not soon forgotten. They teach the basic skills and techniques in about ten minutes. Then you’ll go head-to-head with your friends and new acquaintances. The pros also keep score and ensure that players follow the rules. Visitors can take a break and enjoy a delicious meal. The chefs create from scratch, using the finest, freshest ingredients. Menu offerings include steak, smoked beef short ribs, and Pigs in a Flannel Blanket. You’ll find Kick Axe is about sixteen minutes away.

Kracken Experience

Whether you want to learn new skills or sharpen existing ones, you can enjoy the art of axe throwing at the Kracken Experience. Axe coaches guide players every step of the way. Walk-ins are always welcome, and the free throwing lanes offer sixty minutes of competitive fun.

The Kracken Experience also offers a weekly league. All skill levels are welcome, and each member competes individually as well as on a team against other players in tournament-style play. Kracken is just twelve minutes away, and reservations are accepted.

Along with axe throwing, residents of our apartments near Courthouse Metro can also enjoy exploring museums and locally-owned bookstores. If you’re searching for a place to call home, please contact us. We will gladly arrange a showing where you can see firsthand all we have to offer.
