Just thirteen minutes from our Arlington apartments, it’s where you can enjoy up to nine delectable courses made from fresh, seasonal ingredients. The stunning dining room is definitely Instagram-worthy. It comes complete with chandeliers, unique works of art, and an open kitchen where the chefs show off their culinary skills. Meals may include whole roasted Alina duck, smoked potato & date agnolotti, and black sea bass.
Plume at The Jefferson
Also thirteen minutes away, Plume is a one-star Michelin eatery, as well as the only Forbes five-star restaurant in Washington DC. It offers a one-of-a-kind dining experience designed with your time in mind. The chefs rotate the dishes seasonally. They use fresh ingredients and are constantly innovating to keep the menu new and exciting. Entrees include Martin’s Farm beef tenderloin, seared Alaskan halibut, and bison strip steak.
Boasting one Michelin star, Gravitas is where Chef Baker showcases the bounty of the Chesapeake Bay. His passion for cooking began at a young age. He baked holiday cookies with his grandmother and was later named one of America’s best chefs by Time. In the dining room, guests find a vibrant, rustic atmosphere. The setting comes complete with exposed brick, colorful flowers, and picture windows with street views. The restaurant is a nineteen minute drive away and is the perfect place to unwind after a long day. Menu offerings include roasted Wagyu ribeye, miso-glazed sablefish, and poached Maine lobster.
