When Tom and Mark decided to open a restaurant, Medium Rare opened its doors. The idea for the eatery was born in France. The guys had eaten at a restaurant that only served steak and fries and wanted to bring this simple concept home. Today, they offer a prix fixe menu that doesn’t disappoint. Choices include artisan rustic bread, mixed green salad, and an award-winning Culotte steak served with hand-cut fries and a secret sauce. Medium Rare offers pickup and delivery daily starting at 5:00 p.m. 

Rare Steakhouse 

At Rare Steakhouse, you’ll find dry-aged steaks and exquisite wines. In the aging room, the meat tenderizes before being butchered in-house and cooked to perfection. Steaks include filet mignon, prime tomahawk, and Kansas City strip. You can also enjoy grilled Atlantic salmon with seasonal vegetables. Don’t forget a slice of the chocolate temptation cake, and place an online order for pickup. 

BLT Steak 

BLT Steak combines a bistro ambiance with steakhouse fare. The restaurant has gained recognition from Wine Spectator and other well-known culinary publications. On the menu, you’ll find steaks and seafood dishes made from inspired ingredients and enhanced with modern accents. Offerings include Porterhouse, filet mignon, and sauteed Dover sole. Round out your meal with the loaded baked potato and peanut butter chocolate mousse for dessert. BLT Steak offers online ordering for easy pickup, Tuesday through Saturday.
